HOURS OF SERVICE: Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm, Pacific Standard Time.

PAYMENT TERMS: 2% 10/Net 30, based on invoice date. Subject to change based on payment history.

PAST DUE ACCOUNTS: Will not be eligible for monthly specials or free shipping. Interest charges of 1.5% per month may be applied on unpaid balances.

INSUFFICIENT FUNDS: There will be a $25.00 returned check charge.

FREIGHT POLICY:  Shipments will be F.O.B. Ship Point. Free UPS Ground Freight is given on all single purchase orders over $250 to one destination within the continental United States.  Any order where premium freight is requested by the customer and the order amount is over $250, the customer will be billed the difference between premium and regular ground freight. COD customers will be charged customary UPS COD charges for each shipment and are ineligible for drop shipment of orders.   Shipments to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii are shipped Red or Blue Label.  For International shipping rates, please contact our office for a free quote.


Orders placed online will be billed and processed in house and shipping rates will be based on actual Fedex Fees. You can notify us if you would like to use your own UPS or Fedex account.


ORDER DISCREPANCIES:  Order discrepancies must be reported within 10 days of receipt.

RETURN POLICY:  Merchandise may not be returned without a Return Authorization (RA) number from New Solutions.  Returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving merchandise from New Solutions for exchange or credit only. The Return Authorization (RA) number must be applied and visible on the outside of the shipping package. All returned merchandise will be shipped to New Solutions, 4321 Alamo Street, Riverside, CA 92501 within these 30 days.  Custom items cannot be returned.

CREDITS: Any credit memos not used within 1 calendar year of issue become null and void.

CREDIT AGREEMENT:  All accounts must have an approved credit agreement.

GENERAL POLICY:  We reserve the right to change prices and improve or modify products without prior notification.

CUSTOM UPHOLSTERY SERVICE:  New Solutions will make custom upholstery to your desired specifications, submitted in writing.

WARRANTY:  New Solutions warrants all products and materials for six months, when properly installed, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, when under normal use and service.  If within such warranty period, there are any products or materials found to be defective, they will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of New Solutions subject to the following:

  • The product or material is returned to New Solutions at the senders expense, to the address specified by Customer Service within 30 days of RA number issuance.
  • Product or material has not been misused, abused, or improperly installed by the user, as determined by New Solutions.
  • Dealers are responsible for maintaining and servicing all products purchased, including product warranty service.
